Pc wont turn on after cable managment was done

I helped my parents tidy up their old pc's cables by unplugging cables rerouting them and them pluging them back in and after that i tested it to see if it would turn on but no sign of life the fans didnt even turn and i checked to see if the cables were plugged in correctly

It worked before.
You messed with the cables.
Now it doesn't work.

Then something is not connected correctly.
Or the cable to the wall is unplugged.
Or the switch on the power supply is OFF.

You'll have to investigate everything, from the wall inwards.
