I have this PC specs

Intel CPU Desktop Core i5-4460 (3.2GHz, 6MB,LGA1150)

MSI GeForce GTX970 Gaming, 4GB DDR5

ASRock H81M-HDS R2.0 (s1150,DDR3,USB 3.0,SATA III,DVI/VGA/HDMI) mATX,Usb 3.0 header ASR-H81M-HDS R2.0

Kingston DDR3 1600MHz,C11, 8GB

Zalman Z1, USB3.0 black, 2x120mm ZAL-ZM-Z1

Fortron Hyper 500W, 80+ - 60mj.

HDD Toshiba P300 1TB, 64MB, 7200rpm, High-Performance

I'm looking to keep GTX 970 for now and looking to replace CPU MOBO and possibly RAM to DDR4. This will mostly be for playing Black Ops 4 : Blackout and PUBG. Im running both these games around 80-100 FPS on low settings. If there is a way of keeping the DDR3 RAM and get a MOBO that can support s1151 and get new CPU there would be good. As far as it goes for budget, I would want to spend as less as possible and get as much as I could. Lets say around 800-1000 USD (less preferable is possible)

When you migrate to anything after the Haswell or AM3+ socket, you will need DDR4 ram. Essentially you're looking at new CPU, new motherboard and new ram as well. Given your specs, I'd also change the PSU as well. You're still in a healthy range to get some amazing builds, not just parts but an entire build.

Where are you located, do you have a (preferred)site for purchase and when would you building the system?

Im from Croatia. Most stuff here is over priced and even a normal build wouldnt fit that range here. I dont really have preferred site for purchase here
