Wired Internet slow, Wireless super fast

Wired internet is super slow on 3 devices that I tried it on but wireless is super fast. Getting 70 mbps download speed on wireless and 2 mbps on wired. Anyone know why? I tried using wireless and wired on the devices to confirm that the devices aren't the problem,

Uh, in the olden days I say this is impossible, but lately am gonna blame on Chinese fake CAT cables. So my friend, before u tear your hair off, buy your CAT cables from a known entity even if you have to pay a little more. U.S., Monoprice.com are dirt cheap and they are known for cables.

I have seen this happen before, it was caused by a bug in the wired adapter driver. the it would receive a certain packet but it would drop it and claim that it did not receive it. it would do this over and over and throughput would drop.
I just had to update the driver and confirm that the updated driver was the one that was actually selected as the default in control panel device manager.
