Asus rt ac1900 u speed drops, on New install it showed 185mbps. After a short time it dropped to 130mbps wired and 80mbps wireless I have only 2.4ghz available. But the router supports 5ghz, could this be interfering? Also its connected to a ps4 pro with cat 5e cable. Also a devolo powerline set-up connected with cat 5 cable. And Also a smart tv. Also could the dynamic static ip be of importantie? At a loss here..... Thanks all

The router may have done a firmware update. That could explain a change in performance. Or you could have changed something in the settings, like QOS which hurts the throughput. Start by doing a factory reset of the router and see what performance you get.

Yes i know. Im getting a New modem. Lan cable may be old , it runs through a wall. So thats going to be a project. The New modem has dual band for 2.4ghz and 5ghz. But i dont think that is going to make a difference. But if i change the firmware, can i reset it back to factory firmware if it doesnt work?
