Hey all i'm looking for recommendations to upgrade my CPU/Mobo as i'm getting bottlenecked with what I have currently

Current specs
Cpu: AMD FX-6300
Mobo: Biostar A960D+
GPU: Asus strix GTX 970
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3

My budget is around £300/$400

I mainly play World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo 3 and Black ops 4 and as such my hardware is no longer performing as well as it did a couple years ago

This will be pretty good for most games.
Also consider upgrading the GPU in the next 1-2 years, I think.

It has only 8 GBs of RAM which will be completely ok in the games you listed, but if you really want to keep playing the newest games 2-3 years from now on, you will probably have to buy another 2x4 gigabytes of RAM.

Waiting till black friday is not a bad idea, though, as stuff are a lot cheaper at that time.
