So i am new to pc building. I got a second hand pc build that works fine on Intel HD graphics. Yesterday i tried to put a GTX 750TI in it, but it didn't work. The GPU fans don't work and it does not put out video. I tried to set my bios setting from igpu to pcie, still didn't work. I also didn't forget to put the psu cables in because this GPU doesn't need any extra power. Can someone help me out?

PC Specs:

I3 2130 / Asus p8b75m / 8 GB ram / 420w psu / msi gtx 750ti / w10

Solution
If the fans do not spin up when you power up the system and the card is installed in the PCI-Ex16 expansion slot, that tells me that the card is not getting power. This means a faulty PCI-E slot. I'd return the system to where you got it from.

There are two PCI-E slots. One is the x16 the other, if I'm reading right, is an x4 that looks to be open-ended. If the card is not working in the x16 slot and the x4 slot actually is open-ended, try installing the graphics card into that slot and see if you can get an image.
