i bought a new graphics card today and having some issues with one of my games. during game play after a certain amount of time my screen will go black and say no signal and reopen and close on its own. my specs are a rx 580 8GB , i54460, 8 GB of ram, 600w psu. im not really to sure what the issue could be if im just not getting enough power for my gpu.

If the card's fan(s) is speeding up due to rising temps while gaming, that isn't unusual. But to know if there is a real problem, we'd have to know what the GPU temps were when it gets "hot". The case has a front and rear fan with a vented top. So air flow should be adequate...

and i have seemed to have fixed the issue i have been having, but just another question if you would be willing to answer my gpu seems to run kinda hot and make more noise than my later gpu which was a gtx 950

And are you sure it is the GPU fan(s) you're hearing and not the CPU fan? The CPU is going to work harder with the faster card.

Btw, using that VGA to HDMI (active?) adapter can lead to some odd issues. Your monitor doesn't have any digital inputs?
