Looking for a build to run primarily world of Warcraft on max settings and around 60 fps. Will also do some multitasking with the system.

Max settings, even on a $2000 rig isn't possible. I have seen 8.1 is adding some better multithreading capability, to the game engine, so hopefully that won't hold true for much longer.
