I have New Setup Desktop. My GPU is
Palit NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030. When I got a hold of ThunderMaster I noticed my Fan Speed is 0%. Thats on Browsing or Idle now when I play Games Like BlackSquad Temp hits 80 but still Fan Speed is 0%. I tried to adjust it using thundermaster all i can set is the gpu temp and the gpu fan speed is unmovable or even i set on user defined, this also happens in msi after burner. no Fan Speed Tab. Fan Speed cant change it is still at 0. Now I dont even want to overclocked it I just want to see if it is working or i just bought a gpu with a defective fan. This is brandnew btw. What could be wrong here? Thanks
