So currently im on version 3.20 of the BIOS and im looking to get to the most recent version so that i can include a ryzen 5 2600 into my build.

The link above is one that shows which BIOS versions to update to and as seen it says to update to version 3.4 before going any further. Now my question is since im on 3.2, do i have to update to 3.3 then 3.4 then 4.4,4.6 etc. or can i just update straight to 3.4 then straight to version 5.
(Not to confident about updating BIOS, sorry if it seems like a stupid question)
