Not sure if the components will fit into my case

No. That is an ATX motherboard, but that is only a micro-ATX case. You need a case that supports full size ATX motherboards or you need a micro-ATX case.

I would try to include enough to go with something like this case, which is miles better than that junk Cooler master case, but is a few bucks more expensive. This will accommodate all the hardware you have listed.
