I have Asus Rog GL552VW-CN426T laptop.
I want to upgrade it with SSD. Will this below SSD be supported in my laptop?

Samsung 970 Evo Series - 250GB PCIE NVME - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V7E250BW)

At the laptop's back panel, it is written that insert Only M.2 2280 Sata SSD.

I myself bought this M.2 SSD NVMe 500GB - See amazon.in link below for detail
https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07BN4NJ2J/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I too use a ASUS ROG laptop GL552VW-246T and It says at the bottom same as yours 'M.2 2280 SLOT SUPPORTS SATA SSD ONLY'

It was a bummer to me when the SAMSUNG 970EVO NVMe M.2 500GB did not get detected.
One more thing - This link -
https://rog.asus.com/articles/maximus-motherboards/buying-an-m-2-ssd-how-to-tell-which-is-which/
says the different types of sockets B-type M-type and B+M type

The Samsung SSD I bought was a M-type and did fit just fine!
On Amazon all the M.2 SATA SSDs are B+M type. Will they fit into the ASUS GL552VW laptop?

I have not been able to find a written answer or evidence to this dilemma.

sumit, if you figure this out, please do let me know as well!
Now I am going to return the NVMe M.2 SSD and wish to order a M.2 SATA but don't know if B+M type will fit or not! Please help!
