GPU unstable without OC!

Hey guys,
Ive recently built my first pc, and my rx580 keeps crashing on heavy applications like games.
It looks like an OC crash, but i havent ever overclocked mine.. What should i do??

did it come factory overclocked?
u could very well have gotten extremely unlucky with your card. every gpu has different tolerences for OCing yours may be unstable with even a factory overclock.
please send your complete specs including motherboard, PSU, gpu manufacturer

Ive got the B450m DS3H as motherboard, ryzen 5 2600 as cpu, coolermaster lite 700W power supply, 2x4 gb AEGIS 2400 mhz DDR4 C15 ram, RX580 Nitro+ (indeed a factory overclock i believe), all in the riotoro CR500 case.
But if it is indeed not even a stable overclock, i can get a refund right.. Thats wrong advertising :(
