brief led when booting

when i boot pc i see on mobo orange green white led in order for about half second for each one then pc boots normally is that indicates any problems ?

Its probably the debug leds. It cycles on boot and if it doesn't detect any issues they go off. If there is an issue then one or more will stay on. Nothing to worry about.
