So suddenly i opened up my computer and the bootup where it says "ASUS" where it loads, the background for it is yellow and has a tearing effect to the screen. At this point it goes past the loading screen, but then wont bootup to the menu where i can log into the desktop. The pc is not even a year old yet, i really hope i can get some help. Thanks in advance, and i apologize for my english, its not my first language.

I would be concerned about it happening again, at a later time, when you are out of warranty on the card.

See what supplier says but the other people I have shown to that suspect a dead or dying GPU

That does not look healthy at all. That looks like a graphics card problem

Is this an Asus pre made PC or custom? If custom, what parts are in it? DOes motherboard have its own monitor connections (in other words, can you take GPU out and run off motherboard to see if its still like that?)

Its a costum, and here is everything that is in it https://imgur.com/a/HjcOSd6, The graphic card is a 1070TI. I found a fix. When my monitor was connected to my GPU, it would look like the picture i sent previously with the yellow background and it wouldn't load into the log-in screen to my desktop. So i plugged my monitor onto my motherboard and it booted up perfectly, i then logged into my desktop and switched my monitor back to my GPU and now there is no problems. Even though the problem is fixed, im afraid i'll run into similar problems if something is wrong with my graphic card, what should i do?

i would still try to test GPU in another PC and see if it does same thing.

How are you connecting to monitor? Display Port? HDMI? DVI?
Did you use same cable when you switched between motherboard and GPU?

See if this helps - it says its only for DP but maybe - https://www.nvidia.com/object/nv-uefi-update-x64.html

its not a driver problem as that shows before windows has even started.
Its probably not the monitor or motherboard since it worked fine when you swapped

The problem is i don't have another pc, and i have no experience with compenents in my pc, the only thing i have done is to install an HDD drive otherwise i dont have any experience with doing things in my pc, and im afraid to break something. Im connecting my monitor via HDMI, and i did use the same cable when i switched. Unfortunately i don't have an extra cable, but i can get one. This morning i started it normally with my monitor connected to my GPU, and it booted perfectly once again. I'll try the nvidia update too, just in case

i would try running some benchmarks on the card, like Uni engine or 3dmark, see if it reproduces that effect in windows.

If it does, try getting a new cable or I would take PC to a repair store and ask them to look at problem. They should have spare parts they can swap out to find probelm... hard part is if its random its really hard to point at one thing as say, thats it. I have a strange problem with my GPU but since it only happens randomly, I can't work out what cause is. Its not from a lack of trying.

Its not windows, so its hardware of some sort

I tried with Uni engine and nothing happened, does this mean im okay?. I'll try writing to my supplier too and see what they suggest, i wrote here first because they didn't have open in the weekend
