GPU in motherboard (fans spin on boot and then stop)

My graphics card was working with my setup the other day.
I went to work and left my pc on.
I came back and their was no signal on my monitor, the graphics card fan had stopped spinning and my headset was making a continuous beeping noise.

On boot the graphics card fans spin, with the display port in the card my monitor knows its plugged in to something as when on standby mode, when i boot the pc the monitor turns in to no signal.

I have already tried the following fixes:
- New power supply (550w)
- Ram slot changes and removal
- Graphics card in another computer (it works)
- Take out motherboard and put back in

Here is a video of what happens:

Specs:
GPU (Gtx 1060 3gb)
CPU (Ryzen 5 2600)
16gb ddr4 ram
550w psu
Morherboard (gigabyte ab350m)

Please help me for a fix!

Make and model of your PSU and how old is it? Wattage alone doesn't define it's build quality. Were you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Can you get into BIOS while the system powers up or is it a black screen?

See if having the rams in slots 1 and 2 changes the issue.
