Should Nvidia have used Ethernet to stitch together Blackwell GPUs?

I want to know if I can install a RX560 in my Dell XPS 8700 Motherboard. I have i7-4770, 16GB DDR3 Ram, a 460W power supply.

What is the make and model of your PSU? How old is it? You should be fine, so long as the motherboard BIOS is UEFI.

I don't really know It's a dell PSU and it's written in chinese.
