Sudden loss of FPS

Today I started up my pc tried to open up rainbow a game I average around 170 FPS on it started on 5fps then crashed I checked afterburner , no gpu detected . I restarted my pc everything seemed fine I opened rainbow and I’m maxing out on 90fps anyone know what’s wrong ?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Are you on the latest drivers for your GPU? Try uninstalling and reinstalling with the latest found off manufacturer's support site. Also make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.
