Computer freezing at literally any time

Hey, i'm Rodje and i'm having some problems with my pc.
The problem is that it will freeze randomly at any moment during any type of load, gaming, youtube, idle, bios, boot, literally any time it's on it has a chance to freeze.
The problem started around june of this year, and it's been driving me nuts since i can't do anything on my pc cuz idk if it'll freeze or not, it can literally not freeze for a week or freeze every 2 minutes.
My pc is a prebuild, it was bought around 5 years ago by my dad, here's the specs

CPU: Core i3 3210
Mobo: Gygabyte H61M-DS2H
RAM: 4GB Corsair 1600mhz + 4GB of some ram that came with the pc
My gpu is dead, so i'm using integrated graphics sadly
PSU: Corsair VS400

It only came with that 4gb of ram, so i added another stick, and the psu is also new
Now, the thing that is making me mad is that can't be sure about what the problem is, and i've been running tests on every compontent i can to find which one is bad
Here's what i've tried so far

My first instinct was psu, so i tried another one, but no sucess
Tried using only one stick of ram, for both the sticks, each in every slot, no sucess
Tried running MemTest86 with both sticks, and with one at a time, got no errors whatsoever
I have two hdds, so i tried installing windows in my other hdd, because the one i was using originally was old, but didn't change anything
Tried cleaning the fans and heatskiks, didn't work
Tried monitoring the temps, maybe it was overheating, but no temps are normal

So, so far i tested for psu, ram, hd, and temps, and the only thing i couldn't test was the mobo and the cpu, so that's what i think it is, but i'm not sure
Also, when it started freezing, my gpu was working, so i tried without it and it didn't fix it, but it changed something
When my pc would freeze with my gpu, the screen would just stop on the last frame, but when using the integrated graphics, the screen just turns into a random color for the whole screen when it freezes
Also, when it freezes, the only way to reboot is to either cut power/turn on and off the psu, or to hold the power button until it turns off, because the reboot button doesn't do anything.

I hope this is enough info, and that someone can help me with my pc
Thank you

Remove the second, added-on, stick of ram, and see if the problem is resolved. Also see if you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. At this age, and the bad quality PSU you might've had and are already in possession of(VS400) it's probably done some damage to the board. You forgot to mention which OS you're on.

If it's a prebuilt system, what is the brand of the PC? HP/Dell/Asus?

I've already tried removing the second stick of ram, and didn't solve it. I'm using windows 10, and my brand is "pc digital" (it's a bad brazillian manufacturer, 0/10). I'm not sure about the bios, but i think it is the latest update, i'll check and let you know. But yeah my current theory is that the power delivery from the mobo is damaged, and i think that would make perfect sense with what you said about the old psu damaging the board, so that might be it? Not sure
