Hello,
I have a Dell Optiplex 380 MT with a 4GB Kingston DDR3 1333 PC3-10600 Memory RAM.
I searched for it and saw that my motherboard can support up to 8GB memory RAM so I bought another 4GB RAM here (https://ebay.to/2EjzcIl) but when I put the 4GB RAM along with the 4Gb i had before the screen load up then displays a black screen with a blinking cursor on top, I waited for hours still the same black screen.
So, i tried to remove both the 4GB RAM and tried to put only the one i bought and it displays the black screen but when i put back the one i had before it worked.
i even tried to change the slots but still black screen.
P.S: Using latest BIOS A07
