Well i looked everwhere from overcloking.net to reddit and i cant see any threads with list of any overclock frequencies i am looking to know a genereal idea of what my max oc is.On fire strike i see the highest benchmark had around 2000 mhz core clock speed but i would like more info

Lists will be of no help to you. Every single CPU, motherboard and memory configuration will be different. There is no "this is typical" for any platform combination, because every CPU and to some extent, motherboard and memory combination, is going to give a different result.

You are looking for something that does not exist, and never will.

Plus, all of the potential combinations will be further complicated by what case, case cooling, power supply and cpu cooler are used. They will all play a direct role in what you can expect to be able to achieve, but will not TELL you what you can achieve, because it will fall back to the premise that every CPU is different due to binning processes and the luck of the silicone lottery when dealing with both CPUs and memory.

Itx edition gpu? Leave it alone. It's the smallest form factor of that gpu, lowest cooling ability. You'll not have much room for OC at all above factory presets. Unless the OC is significant, you'll also not see any real improvement either, generally bumping from stock to 108% gets @2-3fps at best.
