Hey guys i have question i have 2 rtx 2080 in sli and i relized that while gaming i wos getting 85c so i added extra Notua fans in to my case now im getting around 75 - 80 c depens should i be worried about it is it to hot am i gonna breake my gpu after a while of gaming or is there any solution for it ? i know i can raise fan speed i did that ! i just dont wont to lower my gpu . second 2080 is getting around 60c but main is the one hotter! need advise thanks

Solution
The best solution for the SLI heat problem is a side mounted fan over the graphics card. There is also the option of water blocks in a custom water cooler loop, but that gets expensive quickly.

The overall best solution is a single more powerful card in the first place.
Ya that sounds about right and no you won't hut your gpu at 80c. If noise isn't a concern crank those fans up so that your clocks stay as high as possible an you get the best performance. Make sure your intake / exhaust setup is balanced so that there is constant cool air inside your case

Might I suggest connecting the display to the bottom card instead of the top card my reasoning being as followed in the link below.

At about 2:15 the NVidia rep explains that it doesn't matter which card the display is connected and it would be best if you connect it to the most cooled card which would be the bottom card
