Computer Crashing In Game After Hardware Upgrade

okay, so recently moved to a new computer practically, but kept the same GPU, HDD and SSD. did a clean installation of the SSD so all drivers, etc got removed and there is no trace of any old files. the CPU is the i7-8700 and the GPU is an R7-370 (i know this is not ideal at all it is just until i save for the GPU next). my GPU only supports running 2 monitors so i have 2 plugged into that and 1 straight into the mobo for the intel graphics. randomly when i am in a game, either the 2 GPU monitors freeze and the on board graphics monitor starts glitching with random colors, etc. or the CPU screen goes black and the 2 GPU screens freeze in place, requiring me to force turn off the system and reboot. it does this quite constantly as in the last 16 hours it has happened at least 10 times. I have looked through event viewer and can not find any issues that occurred when the system freeze occurred. any help would be appreciated
