Here are the steps I took.

>>>Windows Steps Recorder Result<<<

Am I missing something? I have also updated the adapters driver already.

Edit: My apologies. Yes, I have two routers and a wireless modem. All three are fairly new, have dual band 2.5GHz and 5GHz and the majority of new devices I own are able to get on the 5GHz band with no problem.

Solution

That Dell card does not support 5Ghz , only 2.4. it is bgn , you will need AC wifi card for 5Ghz.

you can replace the Card by the way it is cheap around $20-$35 for AC adapter

Not completely understanding what you are asking. This maybe? Dell Wireless 1801 802.11bgn. Also I updated my info about the routers, I have three and the 5GHz band is working on all three of them.
