How do listen to my lg uhd60v through a laptop and qtx sound pro1000 amp?

If this is your amplifier - it has a single analog stereo input.
Your TV however, does not have headphones out, or another analog output, so your setup is going to be convoluted:
- stereo audio selector or stereo audio mixer (if you want to listen to both of them at the same time); Selector/mixer output goes to the amp;
- optical-to-RCA converter to bring TV to an input of the selector / mixer;
- audio cable to get headphones out of laptop to the mixer.
