So my younger brother is in desperate need of a PC, to do light gaming with. So I've decided to go with a optiplex 990 with a i5 2400, but I've read there can be compatibility issues with putting in a GPU? Will my spare RX 460 4gb work? I don't mind upgrading the PSU.
