I have a SERIOUS problem on my hands... Freezing, BSOD, and seemingly random reboots

I just built my new custom built pc, over 1000 dollars here's a link to the pc partpicker page I used to make sure they were all compatible before buying the parts, http://
It's built, it runs, and I can play games on it and record screen shares and even stream, HOWEVER, it freezes when: I close out of a game, open an application, click on a separate window, open a game, move my mouse on the screen, download a file, etc. I've only had the pc running for about 5 days and I've already had so many issues with these freezing and sometimes even rebooting issues, someone please help me I'm desperate at this point.

I've tried updating drivers, contacting motherboard customer support, switching versions of windows to windows 7 from 10, switching the power saving settings, and changing coolers to make sure the cpu isn't overheating.

Try downloading memtest86 and ruin it to create a bootable USB. Test each ram stick, 1 stick at a time, up to 8 passes. Only error score you want is 0, any higher is likely cause of freezing. remove/replace any ram sticks that have errors.

download Samsung magician and check you have latest firmware on ssd.
Check Asus web site and make sure you have latest BIOS and chipset drivers

Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read

Did you install Magician? click on the button that says SMART on front page (its under the Drive condition) and make sure all the headings say OK

See if it does same things in safe mode
Go to settings/update & security/recovery
under advanced startup, click restart now
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

If it still acts up here, it might be a hardware problem.
