After using clonestation 8TB shows only 2TB

I tried to use a clone station to clone a 2TB drive to a 8TB drive.
The clone failed and now my 8TB shows only 2TB left.
I deleted all partions and now I have a 1.8TB unallocated space.
How do I get the 8TB back?

I already wrote there is only 1.8TB to delete I need to some how rewrite the Head count or Sector count so it gets recognized again as a 8TB harddrive.

sadly this did not do the trick. The report says everything OK.... not really...

Hmm so I got the number of cylinders this 8TB should have: 972801
How can I know set this and save this to the HDD?
