Hi i was wondering what parts are essential that i need to change in order to play high end games or is it better that i buy a new one its a ( got this from a friend was wondering if its worth upgrading or should i buy a new one)

Most of the things you've posted is useless, you could've just listed your specs like so:

or the SKU to your prebuilt would've sufficed. In fact, you didn't mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age.

Given you're on a prebuilt, I'd have to say, sadly, you'e going to have to invest in a new build. I'm not exactly certain what game titles you want to play but for about 500USD you can purchase a brand new entry level gaming system and be able to play most titles at 720p with medium settings. You can play 1080p but with reduced in-game details.
