Should i remove the shroud or just clean the fan

Solution
Depends on, how dirty it is.
If it is full with dust and hair, then clean it thoroughly.

I hope, it doesn't look like this:

I'd carefully disassemble the shroud and cooling assembly and clean the card's cooling assembly as best as i can. I'd also keep a good quality thermal paste in hand when times comes to reapply the cooling assembly and make sure I don't damage the thermal tapes on the memory modules of the card.

Hello forst i dont know how to disassemble the card and to apply thermal paste i have read that it is better to leave the thermal paste and dont touch it if i am not an expert and what i mean by cleaning is that a little of dust very tiny bit of dust maybe on the heatsink and maybe not i didnt open it i just cleaned the blower fan using compressed air and thats it no so much dirty was the blower so i think it is great and one more thing the card is working very good and the temp while gaming for 2 hours 30 minutes goes up to a maximum of 75 degree and it is workong great.
