I am looking for a mini ITX motherboard for Intel i3 8100. I will pair it with 8gb of 2400 mghz ram and a gtx 1060 3gb. On a budget so I have to go quad core sadly.

This motherboard from Asrock appears to be mini ITX and says it supports 8th gen processors which would be Coffee Lake 8th gen CPU. However in the title it says micro atx which would indicate a different type of motherboard form factor.

So basically, is it ITX or micro atx?

Here is the link to the board:

Would it support the i3 8100? Are there any mini ITX LGA 1151 8th gen motherboards?

I think you're a bit confused, Ryzen's AM4 socket is different from the LGA1151 socket. If you're looking at the i3-8100, you can pair the processor with the Asus B360I-Gaming board. The link to the baord is for the micro atx since you can find it here:
https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/H310M-HDV/index.asp#Specification

It is slightly larger than an mitx board but smaller than an matx board. Might I ask what case you're going to drop all your hardware in? Here are https://www.scan.co.uk/shop/compute...-intel/2731/2734/2737all the mitx boards[/url that will accept your i3-8100(without needing to foray into the Z300 series chipset).
