Hello,
I'm wanting to do my first computer build but wanted to make sure that the parts I selected worked together in addition to getting input if I could make any improvements. My budget is around $800 dollars.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Processor, Also is it work/recommonded to overclock this CPU.
Motherboard: B450M Pro-M2
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
Storage: Kingston A400 SSD 240GB
Storage: Western Digital WD Blue 1 TB
GPU: Gigabyte AORUS Radeon RX 580 8GB Graphic Card
Video Card: Gigabyte AORUS Radeon RX 580 8GB Graphic Card
Power Supply: EVGA 600 BQ, 80+ Bronze 600W
Case: Please recommend a few decent case in the 50-75 dollar price point.
Lastly do you recommend additional fans and a after market CPU fan.

See if you can get DDR4-3200MHz ram kit. You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU you're recycling since it's not listed in the parts list. If you can, please pass on your PCPartPicker list, link and we can tailor it better for you. Oh right, what do you plan on taxing the system with? Gaming or a mix of other apps? If the latter, list the app's names.

Your parts will work. I made some preference/price changes for you, added a good PSU and a good case. I added two 140mm case fans. The case comes, with 2 120mm. My recommendation is to put the 2 140mm on the front as intake and mive the 2 that come with the case to the rear and top as exhaust

I've updated the post to include the power supply. I will primary be using the computer for gaming (world of warcraft, fortnite, overwatch.) but will also be using it potentially some with AutoCAD Civil3D.

A few follow up questions.
Is it work overclocking the ryzen 5 2600, or is the gain not worth the extra strain on the system.
Is it worth waiting until the black Friday/cyber Monday deals to by parts price wise?

The 2600 will boost itself based on the task at hand and efficient cooling. You do not have to overclock a 2600 as it will boost up to its max overclock speed. You can overclock it to maintain that speed if you wish and want to buy a high end cooling solution.

There are always good deals on black Friday, no one can know exactly what will be on sale. If you want to wait it would probably be a good idea.
