I have a 2x8 ddr4-2666, 16-17-17 latency, 1.2 Voltage, PC4-21300 bandwidth, RAM , will the performance increase if i add a 2x4 ddr4-2666, CL16 (16-18-18) Latency, 1.2 voltage, PC4-21300 Bandwidth ram? or is there any affect?Btw they have the same brand.

I prefer never to mix and match rams. You might have stability issues. If at all you should look at populating the slots on your board evenly with the same stick of ram preferably using a kit. Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update before you drop any ram as an upgrade.
