It around 10%. What using like 70% is Black Ops 4 which is a ram eating game.

More RAM is usually better, since it allows additional programs to be loaded without having to swap running programs to disk. Black Ops 4 (like most games), loads a level, and then allows you to play that level. This means that the game will not be swapping to disk when running. HOWEVER, other background processes will continue to wake up occasionally to run. This means that they will be swapped in from disk for their timeslice. This can slow down your game. I suggest that you DISABLE all unnecessary services while playing. I find that 16GB is a comfortable amount of Ram, but, RAM is pretty expensive ...
