B450 Front Panel Connectors, Not Booting

Hi, I am currently having an issue when booting up my freshly built PC. The power supply is fine, and I double checked all cables and everything seems to be fine. My PC does not boot. No lights, no sounds, nothing. However, I strongly believe it could be the front pannel connectors not connected properly. I looked EVERYWHERE including my motherboard manual and there is no diagram or tutorial. The little markings on the motherboard are so small and really confusing.

Here are my specs:
Asus Prime B450 plus
Ryzen 5 2600x
EVGA 650w BQ
Samsung Evo 250gb
Gtx 1070 Strix 8gb
Corsair Carbide 275 R Case
I really appreciate any help for these front panel connectors and I guess my last resort will be to bring my computer to a pc repair shop.

Thanks!

You're right, it's not labelled in your manual. You will need to take a picture of the front panel labeling next to the pins alongside the pins. We ca n then sort you out with the pins/connectors. The arrow on the connector, indicates that it's the +ve terminal.
