Hello, I generally have a lower performance than seen on YouTube benchmarks even though I have the same specs.

In this video he averages 80-100 frames per second on ultra, while I struggle to get 60 on medium-high.

In this video, in Witcher 3, he has 70 fps and mostly ultra settings, while I got 45fps on medium settings.

I have attached a link to my CPU-Z screenshots. If you have any ideas to why this is happening please tell me!

All the components could be the difference and your RAM be causing problems. Try removing your 4gb stick and test the games. You have 2 completely different stick with different clock speeds and timings, I'm surprised it even works.

Maybe you can configure them via bios to work better. You aren't running in dual channel so just try removing a stick. He is also using a different cpu which is even slower than yours, but the difference is small.

I had that same cpu with a rx480, basically same performing gpu and struggled on some more intense games to get a smooth 60fps. Usually I had to turn it down to 16x9 or lock the frames to like 50 and turn settings down a little.

I kept the same gpu and upgraded to a ryzen 2600 and noticed a huge improvement in all games. They can all run at least 60fps maxed out and now I typically add 20 or 30% to resolution scale setting for less aliasing.
