So I've had my Asrock X99 Extreme4 3.1 Intel X99 with mu Team Group Dark T-Force 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 RAM installed for about a year and a half with no problems. But in the last two months or so the motherboard wont pick up both sticks at the same time. Each stick works fine in slot 1, but will not work with them both together.
Any possible fixes? If not, any idea if it's the ram or the motherboard that's the issue?

Solution
Have you tried cleaning all your RAM slots with isopropyl alcohol (let them dry for 10-15 minutes after)?
I have encountered this problem in the past multiple times and that's how I usually got it fixed.

I had cleaned them, but not with this. Have ordered some and hopefully that'll help. Thanks
