hi,
i live here in the Philpippines and i have an IP Address issued by my ISP.however,i always encounter captcha everytime i search the internet,i have to use VPN to eliminate said captcha challenge.i browsed the net and followed every possible way,clearing browser's cache,scanning whole computer using updated Anti virus and Malwarebytes.Laptop is clean of possible malwares.

tried to search again and still encountered captcha challenge(sites that are Cloudfare protected) that says malicious requests are sent from my computer's IP Address.captcha challenge will only stop if those anonymous requests stopped.
i checked my Externel IP Address at Project Honeypot and found my IP Address was used in Spain for sending 300+ emails.Project Honeypot says if i want my IP to be whitelisted,i have to visit their site using said IP and location(Spain) to verify that i am not a robot sending anonymous requests.
i tried to checked where this IP <<Removed>>,the result is my exact location and ISP here in PHI.

tried to turn off router the whole night to produce new IP but to no avail.sent an email to ISP requesting new IP but says they cant change my IP.

question:
-how to use Phi IP Address(in VPN) and set my location to Spain so that my IP will be whitelisted?

is it okay if i post my Extenel IP so that anybody who can help can verify and check my external IP?

Truth is that we really cannot know what is actually going on.

Did your ISP explain why they "cant change" your IP?

Helping you spoof your IP address from the Philippines to Spain is not permitted per Forum rules.

Do you have a website?

From Cloudfare's support:

"Even before serving your site, the Cloudflare data center will scan to see if the visitor appears to be a threat based a number of characteristics including the visitor's IP address, what resource they are requesting, what payload they are posting, and how frequently they're making requests. The combination of these systems means that we can protect sites from malicious visitors by stopping them before they even get to your web server. "

Something is amiss with respect to your post.

You need to provide more information that indicates some real problem beyond a possible attempt to bypass security measures.

Explain accordingly. There may be a response or your thread will be closed.

-they didn't explain to me why they can't change my IP.i will go there personally later.
-no i dont have a website.

sample:
-when i try to open "elitereaders.net",a recaptcha appears stating google have detected that there's unusual traffic sent from my IP Address.this is what it looks like <<Removed>>, captcha doesn't load.
-this is the link from Project Honeypot where i found my IP Address was used to send 300+ emails from Spain <<Removed>>

First no problem here getting into elitereaders, no challenges, or capchas.

That drive.google link does not really seem to be google.

If I directly type in "https://drive.google.com" via Edge or Firefox, I end up here:

https://www.google.com/intl/en/drive/

Which does appear to be truly Google.

Redirection?

Take a look at your hosts file.

At least take a look and see what might be in the hosts file.

and this is what's written in my Hosts File:

it says in the Project Honeypot website, "Project Honey Pot system has detected behavior from the IP address(x.x.x.x) consistent with that of a mail server and dictionary attacker." i dont know what this means.

i'm using Wireshark to monitor my Network Activity but i really dont know how to read what the moving numbers are.

You really need to resolve this issue with your ISP. They should be able to assess and determine whether that IP address has a history of questionable conduct. They should also be able to limit that IP from use by their customers to prevent issues like this.

Never post your actual IP address.

This thread is to be closed and IP addresses edited out.
