Motherboard does not lineup with case Standoffs

I have a Ryzen 2600x, Asus ROG Strix x470 F Gaming, 16gb G.Skill, EVGA 1070ti, Corsair 850w, NZXT H500. The issue I am having is that the preinstalled io shield on the motherboard is not lining up perfectly with the case and the stand offs are also off. Is anyone having the same issues as i am? Did I install it incorrectly or is it normal?

Are you talking about installing the io shield to the case? My motherboard came with it preinstalled meaning it is already installed on the motherboard and all i have to do is put the motherboard in the case but in the pictures on the side of the io shield you can see that there's a bunch of dots and they aren't suppose to showing so its a little bit off and i was wondering why.

In the first pic the very last hole if you zoom in, it is a little bit off and I can't get the screw in all the way. Also the io shield you can see a bunch of dots on the side of it and those should not be showing it is slight off.

I have tried that but the motherboard doesn't move at all cause of the middle standoff which hold it in place.
