Hi everyone. I have a issue with my computer. I have FX 8320 with all in one liquid cooler. Yesterday, I tired to change the thermal paste on the CPU as it was running bit hot. I did nothing but took the cooler off and change the thermal paste but now, when I load on windows, it keeps on crashing with errors like kernel security errors. I reinstalled windows but nothing changed. The computer now even randomly shuts down. Please if you have any solutions, please let me know. Thank you

if the BSOD only started after your changes, its likely they were the cause.

I will move this thread into the systems are as you may get more attention in there.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and I will get someone to convert file into a format I can read

we just double check but good chance it blames ntoskrnl which is a part of windows that looks after hardware, power management and drivers. Its the brains of Windows.

restarts without errors is also normally hardware.
