What Nvidia RTX 2080ti is better to buy?

In my opinion the best number now it is of Gigabyte GeForce® RTX 2080 Ti WINDFORCE OC 11G. Good construction and numbers, however I believe that today it is not the best moment to that, probably on black Friday we will get better prices.

I never had the opportunity of use something from this brand. Where are you from? I believe that there is no oficial seller on US, China or other countries of America.

I'm from Russia. On another forum I was recommended to buy this model: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N2080TGAMING-OC-11GC#kf because in Gaming Edition cooling system is implemented better.
