After raid no HDD

I THINK I accidentally raided my SSD's (not sure).
I installed a new Samsung 970 EVO SSD and used the samsungs migrating software to put the operating system on new drive.
I had everything there. My existing internal storage HDD, DVD drive, and the new SSD with the successfully migrated windows to my new drive and also showed the old SSD with the data still on (data just copied across I guess) and a reserved partion.

This where the shit hit the fan.

I thought I must raid it(didn't understand much about it)
went through the BIOS on my ASUS motherboard and in the wizard I chose to raid it and now the only thing to show in the opened windows under "Computer" is the C: Drive my new drive only I guess because it only shows the SSD GB size.

I went into disk manager and only found my new SSD970 described so and the other saying "Intel Raid 0 volume SCSI Disk Device.

How can I scrap this set up and get back to where it was.

Revert the changes. Redo cloning, if necessary.

Can you show screenshot from Disk Management?

Data on Disk 0 is gone.

Right-click on Disk 0, choose initialize.
Then right-click on unallocated area, create partition, format, assign drive letter.

No. That will allow you to use your 500GB drive. 250GB and 1TB? Disk Management doesn't show any of that.

Is Device Manager screenshot still available? I'd like to check it again.

Yes. I see.
You have to go back into BIOS and delete raid.

BTW data on drives you created raid from is gone (250gb + 1TB). When you created raid, it would have warned you about this.

Do you need to recover data from old drives (250GB, 1TB) ?
It may not be possible to recover everything, but some part may be recoverable.

So 250GB drive was original OS drive. You cloned it to 500GB drive. No need to recover anything from that. Right?
1TB drive you want to recover. Right?

1st - you'll need another 1TB drive for data recovery.
2. delete raid.
3. run data recovery software and see, if it can recover anything.

This one gives rather good recovery results. Demo will allow to see, if there is recoverable data. For actual recovery you'll have to buy the software.

First i'll see if there is anything to recover before I buy another drive. I can give it a location to save it to. An external drive has some data on it.

The Data recovery only shows the 2 raided drives and image files.

Is there something I need to do to actuate for the software to recognize my 1 TB HDD. I hadn't changed anything since I started chatting with you.

Did you delete raid? Than needs to be done first. So that Disk Management shows separate 250GB and 1TB drives.
