A question regarding the upgrade from GTX 950 to Sapphire RX 570 Nitro+ OC, 4GB GDDR5

Hi! I have two problems that need to be solved (actually one of them is a question).
So, first off, I'm experiencing windows freezes and BSOD kernel_security_check_failure when playing games. The problem goes away after restarting the computer though, but it appears again after powering the computer on again. I've searched and tried various fixes off the internet but with no success. The second thing I want to ask is regarding a hardware upgrade. My specs are AMD FX-4320 Quad-core, Nvidia GTX GeForce Gainward 950, Corsair 450W PSU, 8GB RAM HyperX Fury and Asus M5A87L M LX3 mobo. Now, I want to upgrade my GPU to Sapphire RX 570 Nitro+ OC, 4GB GDDR5 but the reccommended PSU says 500W. Will my PSU be sufficient? Thanks!

Solution
I would upgrade the CPU/motherboard/RAM to more modern stuff before going from a GTX 950 to an RX 570.

For the crashing issues, try different RAM, try uninstalling the video card drivers and re-installing them, check for BIOS and chipset update for the motherboard.

A clean Windows setup is not a bad idea, make sure temps are all good.
