If you're just trying to move the games over you will want to goto the file manager then "This PC", "Whatever your SSD is", "Program Files" or "Program Files x86", "Steam", "Steam Apps", "Common". The steam games should be right in there and Origin should have something very similar. It should be sitting next to the steam folder.

If this doesn't make much sense, you can try this link.

Moving Steam games is easy

Steam games location
In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

To move an already installed game
Games library
Right click the game
Properties
Local Files
Move Install Folder

I believe Origin has a similar function.
