Good afternoon, I'm getting up a new setup and I'm looking for low latency RAM, I've read that the CL 14 is the most recommended and also the b-die chip of samsumg, however in my country it is difficult to get the CL 14 B- die RAM, so I would have to import them from amazon USA, however, what I found here was the T-Force NIGHT HAWK Legend RGB DDR4 CL 14 (14-14-14-31) and I do not know if it goes well with the ryzen how it goes with the B-Die. I don't know what chip have that RAM.

Solution
Exercize due diligence.
Your first requirement is that the ram works.
Past that, you can shop for speeds and price where you need to buy from.
From a quality point of view, all ram is good and will usually have a lifetime warranty.

I'm from Chile, and my budget is 250$ more or less.

But for you to have an idea, the CORSAIR VENGEANCE LED 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16 in Amazon cost $ 173 and here in Chile $ 250.

I seeing in the QLV from the motherboard and I see of 3200mhz CL14 these RAMs

G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8GB) Ripjaws V
G.SKILL 32GB (2 x 8GB) TridentZ
Buy G.SKILL Flare X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)

But is a little bit dificult find it in Chile, by this I'm trying to find others alternatives

g.skil is very good.
Buy the lowest priced kit from above.
That is not likely to be the tridentz with the fancy heat spreaders.
Heat spreaders are not needed unless you are a record seeking ram overclocker.
They are just marketing.
and... I think the tridentz is a 16gb kit, not 32gb.

Yes, I think the Flare X is the best way, is CL14 and 3200mhz and it is in the QLV motherboard. I have asked the people of t-force for the compatibility of their RAM with my motherboard, I have been asked which processor was going to place and they will to perform a compatibility test
