Would this motherboard allow me to get a good overclock on Ryzen 2600 and be future proof for the Ryzen 3000 CPU's?

So I have decided to get the Ryzen 2600 from Amazon. I will pair it with 16gb of 3000 mghz DDR4 rgb Team Nighthawk ram. I am looking at this motherboard from from Gigabyte. It has heatsinks on the Vrm and should provide a decent overclock. It also has 4 ram slots in case I want to get 32 gb of ram in the future. Here is the board:

I have seen the ram on Overclockers UK and might buy from there since I haven't heard of that retailer before.

Any thoughts on this build update? Might need a psu upgrade as well because my psu is only 450 watts so I was thinking of getting an EVGA 600 watt power supply.

My graphics card is the Zotac GTX 1060 3gb mini. My case is the Fractal Design Focus G Micro ATX case. I have a Crucial 525gb ssd and 1tb wd blue for mass storage. I have some exhaust and intake fans. For now I will only do a small overclock on the CPU and GPU but eventually I will save up for a GTX 1080 and watercooling so I can do a proper OC on the CPU and GPU.

Any thoughts on this? I might get a used 1080 since they are super cheap right now.

Solution
It is a decent budget motherboard that will run just fine with a 2600. It will support the Ryzen 3xxx CPUs.

Your 450 watt PSU will be fine for now with what you have. If you get a bigger GPU, you will need a new PSU. Make sure you get a quality PSU from Corsair, EVGA, or Seasonic. A malfunction in the PSU can damage your rig.

Solution
ryzen is picky about ram.
Not all DDR4 ram will work.

You want documented ram compatibility. If you should ever have a problem, you want supported ram.
Otherwise, you risk a finger pointing battle between the ram and motherboard support sites, claiming "not my problem".
One place to check is your motherboards web site.
Look for the ram QVL list. It lists all of the ram kits that have been tested with that particular motherboard.
Sometimes the QVL list is not updated after the motherboard is released.
For more current info, go to a ram vendor's web site and access their ram selection configurator.
