My pc shows a black screen randomly and won't shut down. Reset and power buttons do nothing. Can only switch off the main power supply.

It also makes a very weird and inconsistent and intermittent (weird) beeping sound when I play games. I'd assumed it was the temperature but I'm not sure since it occurs at mostly around 65C cpu but sometimes even at 58. And at other times, won't do anything event at 65C +.

My pc has lately been showing a NO BOOT DISC DETECTED error at startup too. If I keep restarting it sometimes starts normally and can work for hours.

Is it the hard drive. The motherboard? Multiple failures?

Last time that happen to me was the power cord wasn't in the monitor all the way. Do you have spare a monitor lying around the house that will hook up to the computer's gpu card? Ca you hook up a monitor to a motherboard jack? Or, switch monitors with another computer. Try that.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting all your computer's plug-ins and wires. Uninstall and reinstall your GPU card. Sometimes a little corrosion develops on the connections and replugging them cleans them off and freshens the contacts. Even do that with your RAM. Make sure you're properly grounded when you do this.
