but im not sure if it will fit my Cooler master hyper evo 212 in it with my Gigabyte b250m-ds3h motherboard would it? dont caer if its close to the side panel

The case allows for 160mm, so you got 1mm to spare. As long as the fan is in the stock position then you should be fine.

If you're going to be swapping your hardware around, you might consider grabbing a better CPU cooler. The Cryorig H7 is smaller, has a better mounting system and cools better. It also has the benefit of (in my opinion) looking a bit better.
