Can't detect my gpu after flight.

Long story short, my pc was in my luggage during flight after I got home everything was fine until I tried to turn a game on. It gave me a black screen and didn't turn off. After that when ever it was turned on, the screen looked like it was having signal issues gray lines dissapearing and stuff. The cable was plugged into the gpu when this was going on.

Now when I was in the USA they use 110v and I tried to plug it in and it didn't work as expected. I just made sure it didn't work to add a power supply to the future of things to buy. So when I came home I thought my power supply burnt or something but after I unplugged most of the components and then placed them back it was working without a problem except it doesn't detect my graphics card anymore. I can't get a signal from my graphics card the fans are working the lights are on but no signal. My mother board is very cheap so I am guessing the slot might have been damaged or the graphics card's slot has but I am not quite sure what do you think? Oh and also it has only one gpu slot.

Specs my gpu is Asus Strix gtx 970 my power supply is 600w. This pc has been working for 2-3 years before flight.

Thanks in advance

Okey I managed to find my old graphics card and it works so the problem is with Asus gtx 970 which is the only good spec in my computer. So I am trying to figure out whats wrong with it, the fans work when I plug it in, the small light does turn on. the only thing I noticed is it has little black things on where you plug the card the copper part. Although I've cleaned most of the dust I am still gonna give it a try. Also the card doesn't stay straight when you plug it in it goes bit lower towards the end but not too much.
