I did, they claim it wasn't repaired by them, but they dont offer any explanation for that trace - what it appears to be traces of soldering.
There is something on this board that was not supposed to be there but they say they dont know what it is.
I am not confident to experiment with this board. Maybe it can damage other components. When I buy a brand new product and pay full price I expect to get what I have payed for.
I am dissapointed by Asus. I pay 200EUR for a product that is named "Prime", and what I got - a problem and a waste of time. And now they ignore me.

I am not in EU.

After a lot of time and nerves wasted, I returned this damaged MB. Of course, I didn't want to keep it and use it, as I payed for a brand new board, not refurbished or second-hand.
But I must also say I didn't have any help from Asus Support. I contacted them but they didn't made any effort to help me as a customer in this situation.
